Now those are some good reasons why we should keep our gamecube. Personally I say the gamecube has given me plenty of fun, by playing with Mario Party and Sonic. Also all my friends are able to play at the same time so there is no waiting line. About the durability as well it's never broken down or went dead on me and I've had it since it came out. That right there is enough reason why to keep my gamcube.

Yeah, I totally agree with this article. There's so much good stuff to look foward to for the gamecube and great classics so I hope nobody gets rid of their gamecube. Who wouldn't want to play SSBM or the Mario Party's on the Wii. And perhaps one of my favorite games of all time is coming out later this year: SUPER PAPER MARIO!!! That game's gonna rock. Long live the gamecube ^_^

I agree with most of these reasons, especially the #10 one. Cube games are going to be playable on the Wii and there are already great games like Super Smash Bros. Melee and Mario Party that will keep you in the gaming groove, even on a next gen console like the Wii. I just plain laughed at reason #1. Oh noes teh red lights and ded pixlez!! H4X

I totally concur with this story, very few GC games I've played stunk. I wasn't planning on selling it before, and now I'm definetly not. BTW, was Baten Kaitos a good game? I may buy it if I hear enough positive feedback on it.

I agree. Many people dont play their GCN as much as they play their DS, Xbox, or PS2. GCN is just as good with games like ToS and Smash.
